Privacy Policy

We may collect account information, contact information, device and browser information, authentication and security logs, support communications, and information you provide directly.

With your authorization, PAIRED may collect or import wellness and health-related data from devices, apps, exports, APIs, and connected services. This may include sleep, activity, metabolic readings, blood pressure, nutrition, medications, notes, and related context.

If you authorize a Keto-Mojo/MyMojoHealth connection, PAIRED may import glucose readings, ketone readings, GKI readings, timestamps, units, reading identifiers, account region, and related source metadata needed to synchronize, deduplicate, troubleshoot, and audit the integration.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve PAIRED.
• Import, organize, visualize, and summarize user-authorized data.
• Support audit trails, provenance, data quality checks, and troubleshooting.
• Develop wellness insights, reports, and coaching workflows.
• Communicate about account, security, support, or service updates.

PAIRED accesses third-party health data only when you provide the data directly or explicitly authorize access through a connected service. For Keto-Mojo/MyMojoHealth data, each user must authorize the connection before PAIRED accesses that user's data.

You may be able to revoke access through the third-party service, through PAIRED settings, or by contacting us. Revocation stops future access when technically available, but it may not automatically delete data already imported into PAIRED. You may request deletion of imported records, subject to legal, security, backup, and audit retention limits.

Third-party services have their own privacy policies and security practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.

Health and wellness data can be sensitive. PAIRED is designed to use provenance, redaction, limited sharing, and access controls where practical. In the hosted pairedsleep.com application, data may be processed and stored on PAIRED-controlled servers, databases, logs, backups, and operational systems as needed to provide and secure the service.

PAIRED is not currently operating as a HIPAA covered entity or HIPAA business associate for this public wellness application. HIPAA obligations require an applicable covered-entity relationship, business associate agreement, and deployment controls. PAIRED does not claim to inherit HIPAA status from any third-party platform.

We do not sell personal health data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate PAIRED, when required by law, to protect security or rights, or when you direct us to share it with a third-party service, caregiver, clinician, partner, or application.

Service providers may include cloud hosting, databases, storage, authentication, email/support, monitoring, security, backup, and carefully controlled AI or automation providers. We do not use identifiable health data for advertising, and we do not authorize service providers to train general-purpose AI models on identifiable health data unless you explicitly authorize that use.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain auditability, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support user-authorized historical tracking. Retention periods may vary by data type and deployment.

Depending on the feature and deployment, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Some retained audit, security, backup, or legal records may not be immediately deleted.

PAIRED is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the policy was most recently revised.
