PAIRED Health Monitoring is a personal health data system focused on sleep, nutrition, metabolic health, blood pressure, fitness, and longitudinal wellness trends. References to "PAIRED," "we," "us," or "our" mean PAIRED Health Monitoring and the pairedsleep.com service.

PAIRED is designed for personal wellness tracking, data organization, visualization, and evidence-informed coaching support. PAIRED is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Do not use PAIRED as a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified health care professional before changing medication, therapy, diet, exercise, supplements, peptides, or other health interventions. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

PAIRED is not intended for remote patient monitoring, emergency use, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or clinical management unless a separate written agreement and appropriate licensed clinical oversight are in place.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that may compromise privacy, security, or system integrity.

PAIRED may collect or import data that you provide directly or authorize through connected services, devices, exports, APIs, or applications. Examples may include sleep data, metabolic readings, blood pressure readings, nutrition records, fitness data, medication logs, notes, and related wellness context.

You represent that you have the right to provide or authorize access to any data you connect to PAIRED. We will use connected data only to provide, maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the PAIRED service and related user-authorized workflows.

PAIRED may integrate with third-party services such as health apps, device platforms, cloud APIs, email exports, and vendor data services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limits.

PAIRED accesses third-party health data only when you provide the data directly or explicitly authorize a connection. For example, if you connect Keto-Mojo/MyMojoHealth, PAIRED may import user-authorized glucose readings, ketone readings, GKI readings, timestamps, units, reading identifiers, account region, and related source metadata needed to synchronize and audit the integration.

You may revoke a third-party connection through the third-party service or through PAIRED where supported. Revocation stops future access when technically available, but it may not automatically delete records already imported into PAIRED. You may request deletion of imported records, subject to legal, security, backup, and audit retention limits.

You agree not to:

• Use PAIRED for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt PAIRED systems, APIs, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer private service components except where allowed by law.
• Use PAIRED to provide clinical care without appropriate professional oversight.

PAIRED may use automated analysis or AI-assisted tools to summarize data, identify patterns, draft questions, or support coaching workflows. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be treated as informational support, not medical advice.

Sensitive health data is not shared with AI/model providers for model training by default. If a workflow sends identifiable or sensitive data to an AI service, that workflow will require explicit user authorization, redaction where practical, and service-provider controls appropriate for the data.

Health and sensor data can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, mislabeled, unavailable, or affected by device, app, network, export, or user-entry errors. PAIRED may provide data quality indicators, provenance, and audit trails, but we do not guarantee that all data will be complete or error-free.

PAIRED software, designs, interfaces, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by PAIRED or its licensors. You retain ownership of your personal data, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.

Some PAIRED features may be experimental, private, pre-release, or intended for owner-controlled development and testing. Such features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

PAIRED is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAIRED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or health outcomes arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
